Once you’ve quit smoking doesn’t mean that your efforts should stop. You will still need to be on guard against roadblocks. Remember, anticipating temptations or roadblocks goes a long way to overcoming them. Use it if you are trying to prepare for a tough roadblock, want a quick refresher, or need some positive reinforcement.
